Cloud X is a cloud-based SaaS platform, and no physical delivery is involved.

You will receive an activation email with your Cloud X account credentials and access link within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
Because Cloud X is a digital, subscription-based service, we have the following refund conditions:

You report a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within 5 business days.

You were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment.

Your system is incompatible with Cloud X (and this was confirmed by our technical team within the first 10 days of purchase).

You simply changed your mind after activation.

You failed to provide accurate technical details required for system integration.

You used the platform for a significant period and then requested a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
